Creating tidy little spaces

Pretty Neat Kids is a wonderful little e-commerce business brought to life by the bubbly Shelly. Shelly created her own range of wooden storage boxes and has paired them with some adorable fabric decals, labels and canvas prints. Everything you could need to create an imaginative storage solution for all your kids toys.

The brief

As a small start up Shelly chose to have the site based on an existing Astra Premium Starter Site template. The brief was quite simple; create a basic e-commerce website that drew on the brand style guide created by Rowena at Preddy Creative. There needed to be a heavy emphasis on copy throughout the site which had been written by a professional copy writer to enhance on page SEO.

I knew I needed a website and that I needed a web developer to build my site so that it looked professional. I just didn't know where to start.

I had a lot of fun building this website, everything from the branding, copy and photography through to working closely with Shelly to bring her vision to life was an absolute blast. We went through a number of different design concepts for the home page and again for the landing pages. Transform your playspace

I love what we ended up with but at the same time I have so many new ideas on how the layout can be further improved. Luckily for me Shelly is plotting some new ideas which might give me the chance to let my itchy fingers loose on this one once again. I’ll keep them crossed in the mean time.
