After noticing the helpful advice that Felicity often gave to people in a Facebook group we were both a part of, I decided to approach Felicity for her help. Felicity gave me a quote which was very reasonable and she was able to stick to the budget I gave her. The conditions included in the contract covered everything that was needed for a functioning website.
Felicity's knowledge on website design and development was extensive, and her ability to explain things was easily understandable by a person with little technical knowledge. If I needed help or was stuck on a direction to take, she would offer suitable recommendations, ideas and advice to guide me.
Felicity helped with the whole process from start to finish and at times, would be available late at night or on weekends to help me resolve any issues I had.
